1. Introduction

• "Platform" means the 2waybet website, mobile web interface, associated APIs and all features made available at https://2waybet.cam.

3. Account Eligibility

3.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

You are not eligible to register or maintain a 2waybet Account if:

• You are under 21 years of age;

• You have previously been self-excluded from 2waybet or any affiliated platform;
• You are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party;
• You are a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of the 2waybet operating entity.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on 2waybet. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding account limits or evading a previous suspension — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

4.3 Account Security

4.4 KYC Verification

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Abusing, harassing or threatening 2waybet support staff or other platform users;
• Exploiting technical errors, miscalculated odds or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.

5.3 Accurate Funds Use

All funds deposited and wagered on 2waybet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. Accepted payment channels for Malaysian users include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX and approved cryptocurrency methods.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Processing

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are generally credited promptly, though processing is subject to the respective provider's availability and merchant approval systems. FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong typically reflect in accounts within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements and may take 15 to 30 minutes or longer.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the relevant payment method screen within the platform at the time of transaction. 2waybet reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. 6.4 Fees

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid and binding once a confirmation reference is issued by the 2waybet system. Users should verify the stake, selection, odds and potential return displayed on the bet slip before confirming. Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled unless 2waybet specifically permits bet cancellation under a stated exception.

7.2 Odds Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a technical error, system malfunction or human input mistake, 2waybet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake. 7.3 Live Betting

7.4 Void Markets

2waybet reserves the right to void any market or settle bets in a specific manner where an event is abandoned, postponed, cancelled or subject to circumstances outside normal sporting conduct. Voided bets will have their original stake returned to the User's Account Balance.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Eligibility and Claiming

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to access and use platform content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2waybet, its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting decisions, payment processing delays, data loss or system downtime.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 2waybet

2waybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of suspected or confirmed:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials;
• Multi-accounting or systematic bonus abuse;
• Suspected money laundering or financial crime;
• Age verification failure;
• Non-cooperation with a KYC request within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and applicable wagering conditions on Bonus Funds.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2waybet holds its operating licence. Users acknowledge that access to 2waybet may be subject to local laws in their own jurisdiction that are separate from and in addition to the terms set out here.
